About Trinity Pharmacy
Established in 1980, Trinity Pharmacy is a locally-owned business that has grown from its humble beginnings into a well-known compounding pharmacy that is trusted by physicians and patients alike.
We are dedicated to ensuring that you, our patient, receives the optimal medication therapy. We are pleased to serve you through compounding, consultation, lab work, and filling prescription needs of all kinds.
We are located near the intersection of Rosemeade Pkwy and Josey Ln in Carrollton, TX. Our store hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Saturday hours are 9 AM until 2 PM. On Sundays, we are closed.
Meet Our Staff
Dr. Kiel Fogle, Pharm.D., R.Ph. - Staff Pharmacist
Dr. Kiel Fogle, a graduate of Creighton University School of Pharmacy, is our newest staff pharmacist at Trinity Pharmacy. With over a decade of pharmacy experience, Kiel has worked in a variety of pharmacy environments including retail, compounding, hospital, acute care, primary care, nuclear, drug information, medication therapy management and long term care pharmacies. Kiel is certified in non-sterile compounding and immunization/vaccination administration.
Dr. Kiel is happily married to his hometown sweetheart. Together, they enjoy serving in their local church's youth ministry, visiting family, and traveling. Dr. Kiel states his mission is "to make a lasting, positive impact in peoples' lives."
Dr. Natalie Patten - Staff Pharmacist
Dr. Natalie Patten is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. Natalie has 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, Indian Health Services Pharmacy, and medicinal chemistry research. She is American Pharmacist Association certified in Immunizations. Her passion is patient education and disease state management.
Dr. Patten is from Altus, Oklahoma, and is new to the Dallas area. She was a professional dancer for the NBA for 3 years. She now enjoys Salsa dancing and spending time with her 3 children.
Heather Smith, CPhT - Pharmacy Technician
Heather, a graduate of the University of North Texas, is Trinity's longest tenured employee with 20 years of experience working for Trinity Pharmacy. Heather is well trained in medical equipment/supplies, wound care, Dr. Comfort shoe fitting, prescription processing, and is an excellent informational resource for insurance questions and concerns.
